Demand has outrun the prescribing model. The service can acquire patients faster than it can safely assess and follow them up, and that gap is now the single biggest constraint on growth and the single biggest governance risk.
What the first twelve months look like
A prescribing pathway that holds at four times current volume, with follow-up adherence above ninety percent and an audit trail that stands up to scrutiny.
What you'll own
- Own the end-to-end prescribing pathway and its clinical safety
- Build and supervise a distributed prescriber bench
- Set and audit follow-up and de-prescribing standards
- Work with product on clinical decision support that reduces variation
What we need to see
- Independent prescriber with relevant specialist background
- Experience running a remote or distributed clinical service
- Track record of building clinical audit that changes practice
