What you'll own
- Set the group clinical strategy and standard
- Own the consolidated governance position at board level
- Lead clinical due diligence on acquisitions
- Build and lead a group clinical leadership team
What we need to see
- GMC registration on the Specialist Register
- Prior CMO or Group Medical Director experience
- Experience integrating clinical models post-acquisition
- Board-level credibility with investors as well as clinicians
