Credentialing is currently spreadsheet-based across four hundred clinicians. It works until it does not, and the failure mode is a clinician working without valid indemnity.
What the first twelve months look like
A credentialing system with no manual gaps, expiry tracking that warns rather than reports, and a compliance position the board can see at any time.
What you'll own
- Own DBS, indemnity, right-to-work and professional registration checks
- Build automated expiry and renewal tracking
- Support audit and inspection evidence packs
What we need to see
- Compliance or credentialing experience in a healthcare setting
- Comfortable building process rather than inheriting it
- High tolerance for detail
