Clinicians are absorbing operational work that should never reach them. Capacity is being lost to coordination rather than care.

What the first twelve months look like

Clinic utilisation up, clinician admin time down, and an operating rhythm that runs without escalation.

What you'll own

  • Own rota, capacity and utilisation across sites
  • Run the weekly operating rhythm and escalation process
  • Work with clinical leads on pathway flow

What we need to see

  • Operations experience in a clinical or regulated setting
  • Strong with data — you should be able to argue with a spreadsheet
  • Calm under sustained pressure
