Harrow Health needed to onboard clinicians rapidly to meet a surge in ADHD assessment and treatment demand, without loosening the governance standards a regulated pathway depends on.
We built the clinical team out from three to fifty in five months with a deliberately varied clinical mix — assessors, prescribers and titration specialists — so capacity could flex as referral patterns moved.
Compliance collection, policies and documentation ran through our portal from day one, holding average onboarding at ten days across the whole build. We continue to support the service today.
